Ordering and Shipping Confirmation   After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations about your order;   1-Your order has been received.   We will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. This e-mail includes your order number. Keep this e-mail for your records.   2-Your order has shipped.   This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selected, time selected, and your shipping location.

Reviewing Your Orders You can review the status of any order you have placed via My Account. For orders that have yet to ship, you will be able to review the order total, shipping address and  payment method. For orders that have already been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. You can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number, if applicable. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep. You can use this number to track for TNT Express at www.tnt.com.

Product Images We have attempted to accurately depict the colors of the products offered on this site. However, because the color you see is dependent on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate. The products also may appear larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor. All photographs of merchandise have been enlarged to show detail. Please see the product descriptions for the actual size of the products.

Canceling If you'd like to cancel or change an order for any reason, please e-mail us at info@beyza-cases.com and make sure to include your beyzacases.com order number. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers quickly and efficiently. As a result, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has already entered the shipping process. If your order cannot be cancelled, and you are unhappy with it, simply return it to beyzacases.com according to our 30 day money back return policy.

Payment Options beyzacases.com accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. and PayPal  options are available. We do not currently accept cash or CODs.

Sales Tax Sales tax is not charged on shipments to recipients outside Turkey.

Shipping beyzacases.com is proud to offer you Flat Rate shipping (by TNT Express) on all orders to all destinations. Your order will be shipped the next business day after you order your item.  Delivery time is usually 2 to 4 business days with TNT from the time your package leaves our warehouse. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns You may return items within 30 days starting from the purchase day for a full refund minus the shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges. 1.        You must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from beyzacases.com before returning merchandise. You can obtain an RMA number by a request form under "my accunt" section. The RMA number must be written on the original invoice and on the pre-printed return-shipping label. 2.        Please accompany the returned merchandise by proof of purchase. 3.        For your security, ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as TNT Express to the following address: Neta Trades Ltd. Attention: Customer Returns Aydin Sk. 2/1 Suadiye Istanbul Turkey   ( Tel: +90 216 373 5063 ) You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase as soon as possible upon our receipt of your returned product. If a Gift Certificate was used, the refund amount will be applied as a store credit. If a Gift Certificate was not used it can be refunded within the 30 days starting from the purchase day.  Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. Please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.

Gift Certificates beyzacases.com Gift Certificates are easy, quick gifts for use at www.beyzacases.com. Gift Certificates are sent directly to the recipient in an e-mail and can be used immediately. Please note that Gift Certificates should be used within the 30 days starting from the purchase day.

Newsletter & Promotions You will receive special promotions when you register beyzacases.com Newsletter. Promotion codes are redeemed during the ordering process on the shopping cart page. Simply enter your promotion or source code, and when you're finished, move on to the checkout section. Your promotional discount will be factored into your order in next step and will be reflected in your order summary.
